Please arrive with your hair detangled and free of protective styles, heavy oils, or buildup.
If you’re coming for a curly service, wear your hair down and in its natural state so I can see your true curl pattern.
How should I prepare for a color service?
Come with clean, dry hair that hasn’t been freshly oiled or styled. Bring any hair inspiration photos you love. I’ll help customize a tone and formula that keeps your curls healthy and vibrant.
What is your late or cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled or charged a late fee, depending on schedule availability.
How do I pay my deposit?
Deposits are made at the time of booking through the online booking system and go toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
Do you work with all curl types and textures?
Absolutely! I specialize in all natural textures from loose waves to tight coils. My goal is to help every client understand and love their unique curl pattern.
Can I bring my child or guest?
To keep the experience peaceful and focused, I kindly ask that no extra guests or children accompany you unless they are being serviced.
What products do you use?
I use professional, curl-safe products chosen for moisture, strength, and balance including trusted brands like K18, Olaplex, and moisture-rich salon-grade cleansers formulated for textured hair.
Do you offer protective styling or braids?
My focus is on curl care, cutting, and healthy styling, but I do offer takedown services and collaborate with trusted braiders for clients needing maintenance in between.
Can I purchase products during my appointment?
Yes! I offer select retail products used during your service so you can maintain your look at home including treatments, oils, and styling essentials.
